Job Title: Occupational Health & Safety Officer

Support the senior management on the market company site to ensure compliance to the group OHS policy and associated procedures and to drive continuous improvement towards the Tetra Pak goal of zero accidents and work related ill health. This job in factories also leads the activities related to environment to ensure the internal and external compliance to environmental related policies and regulations, provides leadership in all the areas of safety, health and environment

Establish and maintain systems to support the Group OHS policy/procedures and local legislation

Monitor compliance with agreed site OHS policies and procedures

Ensure that an OHS/training plan is in place to cover the significant risks on the site

Ensure timely delivery of correct data to agreed internal and external OHS reporting platforms

Ensure third party audits are planned and executed according to group requirements in the areas of Safety, Health and Setting and legal compliance





Drive for Implementation of ISO 45001 and 14001 Standards

Laise with local authorities like Factory inspector, Pollution control board.

10+ years of working experience

- Ideally 7 years of experience of a similar OHS role
- Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognised institute
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) / NEBOSH certificate is preferable.
- Experience to implement regulatory standards on manufacturing area is preferable
- Thorough knowledge of state health, safety & environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
- Experience in Construction Project management will be beneficial.
