Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, control operating costs, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cafe, restaurant, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, along with strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff allocation, and service standards.

Supervise, train, and motivate baristas, service staff, and other team members.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and implement strategies to improve business performance.

Monitor inventory, manage stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.

Maintain consistency in coffee, beverages, food preparation, presentation, and service quality.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

Monitor expenses, handle cash transactions, review sales reports, and support profitability.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients and materials.

Prepare daily sales,



inventory, staff attendance, and operational performance reports.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and brand standards.
