Role :ServiceNow Technical Lead/ Technical Manager.Role Summary :We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead/Manager to lead and oversee our development teams at Aelum. This role combines hands-on technical involvement with team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, have experience across multiple platforms, and play a key role in reviewing developers' work and ensuring the quality of projects delivered.Key Responsibilities :- Lead, mentor, and review the work of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.- Collaborate with product and business teams to shape technical solutions and project planning.- Review project deliverables for quality, performance, and scalability.- Oversee project delivery timelines, ensuring milestones are met with high standards.- Maintain updated knowledge of various technology platforms and industry trends.- Drive best practices in coding, testing, deployments, version control, and release management.- Facilitate technical decision-making and problem-solving discussions.- Manage resource allocation, hiring, and performance evaluations.- Ensure continuous improvement in development processes and technical standards.Desired Profile :- Minimum 9+ years of professional experience in software development, team management,



and technical review.- Exposure to ServiceNow platform mandatory at least 3-4 modules, only ITSM won't fly.- 3-4 years of experience as Support Manager, with strong understanding of scripting, upgrades, deployments, and version control.- Hands-on technical expertise with the ability to review code, manage deployments, and troubleshoot issues.- Should have a blend of management skills and technical touch, actively participating in project reviews.- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.- Deep expertise in specific platforms (e.g., cloud, mobile, web).- Proven ability to oversee platform-specific projects, troubleshoot, and mentor developers.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 9+ years of relevant experience in software development, support, or team management.- Robust understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and release management.- Proficiency in scripting, deployment processes, upgrades, and version control systems.- Ability to review code quality and ensure project standards.- Excellent leadership, technical acumen, and communication skills.- Experience managing large or distributed teams (preferred).
