As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will blend executive support with hands-on administration - keeping leaders organised while making sure documents, vendors, and office workflows run without friction.
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the leadership team
Administration and Documentation




Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, and office logistics
2 to 5 years in executive support, office administration, or coordination

- Clear written and spoken English and a service-minded attitude
- A reliable remote-work setup and dependable follow-through

Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document tools
Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-border teams
