We are looking for an Associate Executive – Talent Acquisition to support day-to-day recruitment operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to a structured, candidate-focused hiring experience.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through relevant channels and screen resumes against role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR conversations, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear evaluation notes.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate updates, and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Prepare offer documentation and support joining coordination through the final stages of hiring.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and share timely hiring reports.

Requirements





- Open to freshers and candidates with 6 months or more of recruitment experience.
- Graduation in any discipline is required; an HR-related qualification is preferred.
- Solid communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Applicants must currently reside in Bangalore; relocation candidates will not be considered.
- Comfort with working from the office 5–6 days per week is essential.
- The compensation range is ₹3.5 LPA for freshers and up to ₹4.5 LPA for candidates with relevant experience.
