Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment MIS and share regular hiring reports.
Guide and support junior recruiters in day-to-day recruitment activities. Recruitment Resume Screening
have minimum 1 years of experience
1. 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.




Experience using Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
Experience handling interviews, candidate negotiations and closures.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field preferred.
