About the Company

NPJ Jewellers is a jewellery business focused on delivering trusted products and a strong customer experience. We are looking for a Telecaller to support customer communication and contribute to business growth from our Katargam, Surat location.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and share relevant jewellery product information.
- Respond to customer enquiries courteously and provide accurate details about products, offers, and store visits.
- Maintain call records, follow up with interested customers, and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
- Build positive customer relationships through clear, professional, and persuasive communication.




- Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up goals while maintaining accurate customer data.

Requirements

- 06 months to 01 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the jewellery business or a related customer-facing role.
- Positive verbal communication and listening skills in the languages commonly used by local customers.
- Comfort with making regular calls, handling questions, and following up consistently.
- A customer-focused attitude, basic record-keeping ability, and willingness to work from the Katargam, Surat office.
- This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual compensation of ₹2.4 LPA.
