Roles & Responsibilities – Inside Sales Executive(min 1 year experience)
Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer property requirements.
Act as the first point of contact and guide customers through the sales process.
Explain NoBroker plans, pricing, subscriptions, and perks.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with new and existing leads to drive conversions.
Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
Take ownership of plan closure and customer enrolment.
Maintain accurate customer details and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Languages: English + Hindi+Marathi
