Accountabilities - Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term organizational priorities. - Translate business goals and customer requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development backlogs.



- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and opportunity assessment through development, launch, post-launch monitoring, and ongoing optimization. - Establish and track product success metrics, evaluate performance data, and use customer feedback and analytical insights to inform product decisions. - Support Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement. - Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline product discovery, accelerate documentation, develop prototypes, and improve product planning and validation. - Identify product risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges early, working with relevant teams to develop practical solutions and maintain delivery momentum. - Requirements - Significant professional experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments, with a track record of delivering successful products. - Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, product discovery, market research, customer needs analysis, and lifecycle management. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development priorities. - Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and cross-functional product delivery practices.
