Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Bridge Construction & Launching Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

- Review and approve heavy-lifting schemes, girder launching sequences, and temporary support designs while ensuring strict adherence to RDSO, IRS, and IRC railway design codes.
- Supervise the physical erection, prestressing, segment casting, and alignment control of heavy steel trusses or concrete PSC girders over active tracks, rivers, or highways.
- Implement zero-tolerance safety protocols for heavy crane operations and coordinate critical "Traffic and Power Blocks" with railway authorities to execute launches safely within tight time windows.
- Inspect and certify deep foundations (piles and wells), verify concrete/welding quality, and conduct mandatory pre- and post-launch structural audits to guarantee load-bearing integrity.

Profile/Skills

- He/She should have Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
- He/She should have minimum of 10 years’ industry experience in their specific domain specialisation.
