Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
2. Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
3. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
4. Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification.
5. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
6. Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
7. Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements. Skill(s) required
