The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains efficient and relevant throughout its lifecycle.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.

Robust understanding of Workday configuration and integration capabilities.

Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within Workday.

Familiarity with data management and reporting features related to absence management.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
