Oracle Senior Fusion Finance Consultant

We are looking for 10+ years experience Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and experience delivering implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Advanced Collection, SLA, and Expenses.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Strong understanding of Finance business processes, accounting concepts, and period-end activities.

- Experience in integrations between Oracle Financials and PPM, Procurement, SCM,



and other Oracle Fusion modules.

- Ability to conduct client workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration.

- Experience in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, configuration documents, and user documentation.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex production/support issues independently.

- Ability to recommend Oracle best practices and effective functional solutions based on business requirements.

- Robust client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables and work independently with minimal supervision.
