Designation- Customer Support Executive
The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the scrap pickup journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and manage scrap pickup appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and recycling processes.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Operations and Fleet for smooth pickup

execution.

- Maintain customer records and interaction history in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and service feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments in a timely manner.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Center

operations.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
