Monitor, analyze, report and provide insights on Sales, A&P; and Sales force cost domains.




Preparation of budgets in discussion with cross-functional stakeholders (with detailed assumptions and variance analysis vs past trends)
Monthly closing and reporting including computing and posting of accruals and variance analysis vs budgets (with accuracy and within timelines)
Preparation and circulation of MIS with detailed variance analysis and insights (including brand / activity level trade spends and A&P; spends)
Ensuring adherence to defined Internal Controls as well as smooth statutory audit and internal audits
Maintaining Price Masters at customer, channel and SKU level in SAP and Distributor Management Systems (DMS)
Data analysis and provide actionable insights for cost efficiency in Sales Force costs, and evaluation of Return on Investments in Trade spends and Marketing spends
Preparation and analysis of Channel, Key Account and Brand Profitability at defined frequency

Education: CA/MBA (Finance) with 3 to 6 years of experience
Domain Experience: SAP working knowledge, MS Excel expertise, Power BI working knowledge.
Experience in working with Pharma / FMCG preferred
Strong expertise in Business Analysis and executive communication
