Growth has outpaced this VC-backed SaaS company's internal tooling, and it has partnered with Flexiple to build out its founding platform engineering team in India. You will be one of the first platform hires, setting standards every future engineer at the company will build against. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Platform Engineer, you will build the internal developer platform, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service infrastructure that let product teams ship without waiting on tickets.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let product teams ship multiple times a day
Build self-service tooling for provisioning environments, secrets, and service scaffolding




Develop internal platform APIs that abstract Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for product engineers
3 to 6 years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, with hands-on internal-tooling experience

- Strong command of Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Comfort writing production-grade Go, Python, or TypeScript for platform tooling, not just scripts
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Experience with GitOps workflows such as ArgoCD or Flux
