Network Support Engineer (L1) Location : HyderabadWork Mode : Work From OfficeShift : Australian Time Zone (24/7 support & rotational shifts)Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days preferredSummary :As a Network Support Engineer (L1), you will be responsible for providing L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in monitoring network performance, handling bandwidth analysis, and coordinating with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.Roles & Responsibilities :- Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.- Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S;, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.- Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.- Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.- Carry out basic network operations : VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.- Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.Requirements :- Proficiency in ticketing tool, SolarWinds, ServiceNow,



and other network monitoring tools.- Strong knowledge of Routing protocols, Virtual private networks (VPN), Switching protocols, and Wireless networking.- Excellent communication skills for ISP coordination and international client coordination.- Ability to work in rotational shifts.- Experience with Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ITIL certification, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) would be a plus.Join our dynamic team as a Network Support Engineer (L1) and take your career to the next level.
