Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
