Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience and exposure to US, UK, APAC, and domestic markets to join our growing sales team at Orion Digital.
The role focuses on generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email outreach to promote our digital marketing services and drive business growth.

Execute targeted LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

- Identify, research, and engage potential clients across US, UK, APAC, and domestic markets.
- Create compelling email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach sequences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales pipeline activity in CRM systems.

- 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development.
- Strong exposure to international markets, particularly the US, UK, and APAC, along with domestic market experience.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
