Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist for the GCC Market is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads within GCC countries, managing inbound and outbound sales interactions, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.



The specialist will conduct product presentations and remote demos, coordinate closely with the technical and marketing teams, and follow up on campaigns to convert prospects into opportunities. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals as guided by sales leadership, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. The role also requires tracking sales metrics, contributing to pipeline forecasting, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with AlphaCore's solutions and values.
Strong inside sales and lead generation skills, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles or supporting regional sales activities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and MS Office applications to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in inside sales or business development for international markets is an advantage.
