Handle end-to-end ROC filings and statutory compliance for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, and OPCs through the MCA V3 portal.
Prepare, review, and file MCA forms, including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, ADT-1, DIR-12, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, INC-22, and other applicable forms.
Handle MCA form resubmissions, clarification requirements, and filing discrepancies until resolution.
Review company master data, director details, shareholding records, and previous filing history to identify compliance gaps.
Maintain proper records of challans, SRNs, acknowledgements, approved forms, and client documentation in the CRM and Google Drive.
Coordinate with the internal sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth case handover and timely delivery of compliance services.
Stay updated on changes to the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, MCA notifications, rules, and filing procedures.




Practical experience with the MCA V3 portal and ROC filings.
Hands-on experience preparing and filing statutory forms independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM software.
