Job Title: Telecaller Location: Kharadi

Summary:
Responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, sharing information about products/services, answering basic queries, and supporting the sales team by generating leads or fixing appointments.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers on daily calling lists.
Explain about the insurance and handle basic customer questions or objections.
Record call details, customer information, and follow-up remarks in Excel/CRM.
Follow up with interested customers to convert them into leads, appointments, or sales as per process.
Maintain daily/weekly call targets and share reports with the team lead.
Maintain professionalism and valuable customer service on every call.

Candidate requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
Experience: 6 months of telecalling/customer service/sales calling experience.

Skills

Good verbal communication in English or relevant local language.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and using Excel/CRM.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle rejection.
