Business Development Associate – EdTech Sales

Work Mode: Remote for the first 6 months, followed by Work From Office

Candidate Location: Pan India (Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore)

We are looking for agile, target-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Associates with at least 1 year of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have experience selling online courses, qualified certification programs, or career-oriented upskilling solutions.

Candidates with experience in companies such as Simplilearn, Edureka, upGrad, Scaler, and Great Learning and Intellipaat will be preferred.

Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls and other sales channels.

- Understand customers' career goals, learning needs, and professional development requirements.
- Recommend and promote relevant online courses, certification programs, and upskilling solutions.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet key performance indicators related to calls, follow-ups, enrollments, and revenue generation.

Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in EdTech sales.

- Experience selling online courses, professional certifications, or upskilling programs.
- Willingness to work remotely for the first 6 months and relocate to Bangalore thereafter.

Candidates with prior experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, B2C sales, telesales, or consultative selling will be preferred.

Experience with the following organizations is an added advantage:

- Work from home.
- Work from the office in Electronic City, Bangalore.
- Relocation: Candidates from anywhere in India may apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Bangalore after the initial remote period.
