Sitesecura is seeking motivated HR Interns to support its people-focused operations and gain practical exposure to core human resources activities in a remote work environment. This internship offers an opportunity to learn from experienced team members while contributing to an organized and positive candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different hiring stages.
- Support interview scheduling, follow-ups, and maintenance of recruitment records.
- Help prepare HR documents, trackers, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of people-operations tasks.
- Participate in employee engagement and other HR initiatives as assigned.





Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in human resources, recruitment, and people operations.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup and collaborating through online tools.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant academic or project experience are welcome to apply.
