- Hands-on public sector / e-governance project experience (must have)
- Candidates should possess strong solution and technical architecture skills, including system design, integration patterns, and cloud-based architectures.

Candidates should possess experience with AI, ML, and NLP technologies, including model selection, deployment, and performance optimization.
Candidates should possess hands-on skills in software engineering, such as APIs, microservices, databases, and security best practices.
Candidates should possess abilities in requirements analysis, technical documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Relevant experience in designing solutions for enterprise or industrial environments is highly beneficial.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience with hybrid work environments and the ability to work independently while coordinating with distributed teams is an advantage.
