Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Take ownership of data accuracy. You will build validation frameworks to ensure that our loyalty metrics, financial tracking, and user rewards data are robust, consistent, and error-free.

Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to validate recent loyalty feature rollouts and translate business questions into structured, data-driven answers.

Proven track record working directly with loyalty programs, rewards systems, or CRM analytics. Advanced SQL Skills: You are a wizard with SQL. Analytical & Validation Rigor: Exceptional data validation skills. You don't just accept data at face value;
