Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and other lead generation activities. The role involves nurturing leads, setting up product demos or meetings for the sales team,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging, follow up on campaigns, and support the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities. Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to engage prospects, present solutions, and support the closing process.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify recent opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales is beneficial.
