Role: Senior Logistics Coordinator

Logistics

Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations for clinical samples and materials, ensuring timely, compliant and cost-effective execution. The role will also manage the Logistics Coordinator team, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency.

Logistics Operations

Oversee sample collection, movement, handover and delivery across locations.

Manage and supervise the Logistics Coordinator team.

Allocate shifts, responsibilities and workloads.

Monitor team performance, productivity and adherence to SOPs.

Coordinate with logistics and collection partners for daily operations.

Monitor vendor performance, service quality and SLA adherence.

Inventory & Material Management

Monitor availability and movement of logistics materials and consumables.

Coordinate replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records.

MIS, Cost & Performance Tracking

Maintain logistics trackers, dashboards and operational MIS.





Monitor TAT, pending cases, exceptions, vendor performance and logistics costs.

Coordinate with Sales, Command Center, Laboratory, Finance and Operations teams.

Ensure smooth communication and handovers across teams and shifts.

Manage urgent and high-priority logistics requirements.

Ensure adherence to logistics SOPs and documentation requirements.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, healthcare logistics, sample logistics, accessioning, supply chain or operations.

- Experience in team coordination or people management preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive operations.
- Experience in diagnostics, pathology, healthcare or clinical sample logistics is an advantage.
