Location: Pune (On-Site – 4 Days Per Week + 1 WFH)

In Many Large Organisations, Senior ServiceNow Engineers Are Still

Design solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Integrations

Work on AirportNow, ESP's patented ServiceNow-powered platform for airports

Own the full lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, support

Bachelor's degree or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- JavaScript

Integration Hub

Understanding of CMDB architecture and data modelling

Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments (advantageous)

ServiceNow CSA

ServiceNow CIS (ITSM / CSM / FSM / GRC)
