About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Internshala, Apna, Naukri, and other job portals daily.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations to shortlist suitable profiles.
3. Communicate with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
4. Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain and update candidate records within the ATS and recruitment databases.
6. Track progress of open positions and work to close them within defined timelines.
7. Share regular updates with stakeholders on hiring status and candidate pipelines. Skill(s) required
