The person will be part of the application development team for a major Insurance client. He/ She will work with different stakeholders to identify application development opportunities and perform cost benefit analysis on the same.
The role will involve activities including design, build and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.
A suitable candidate should have 10+years of experience in a similar role and should possess a go -getter attitude. Experience in life insurance preferred but not mandatory.

Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client ready deliverable with minimal or no supervision
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to design robust and scalable software.
Must have experience in SDLC.
Hands on experience on NumPy, Pandas is a must.
Write efficient SQL queries to interact with databases and perform data manipulation.
Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies,



particularly Pandas and NumPy, to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
Utilize Git for version control and Jira for project management to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience with SQL and database management.
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
