Join a remote-first team transforming how businesses manage global payments through a unified, API-driven infrastructure. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between commercial objectives and technical implementation, helping merchants solve complex payment challenges and unlock new opportunities. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design tailored solutions, guide integrations, and deliver seamless merchant experiences. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, consultative selling, and project leadership to help merchants adopt payment solutions successfully. Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Guide merchants from initial pre-sales discussions through integration, go-live, and post-launch ramp-up, ensuring a smooth implementation journey.

Own complex merchant integrations by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, developing implementation plans, and proactively managing dependencies and risks.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share market insights, identify product gaps, and recommend feature enhancements that improve the merchant experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication, customer engagement, and project management skills. You should be comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and building trusted relationships across technical and commercial teams. Previous experience in a merchant-facing or customer-facing technical role involving a complex API-based product, ideally within payments.





Practical experience implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments and advising developers on integration best practices.

Proven project management skills, including organizing implementation plans and coordinating integrations involving multiple teams and dependencies.

Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling organization.

Comfort with a fully remote working environment, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.

Compensation: The source listing advertises Tier 1 on-target earnings of $214,000–$308,000, including commission-based compensation. The stated compensation range is location-tier specific and may not apply to India.
