WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

Location: Juhu, Mumbai – Office-based

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary: Open / As per experience

Salary 5 LPA to 7 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise, track and manage customer invoices
- Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments

Maintain accounting in Zoho books

- Process vendor payments and maintain payment records
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts
- Support month-end closing and accounting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation

Must Have

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in accounting & bookkeeping
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations
- Good understanding of invoicing, payments,



reconciliation and bookkeeping

Good to Have

- Experience with US Accounting / US GAAP
- Proficiecny in Zoho Books
- Experience handling US entity bookkeeping
- Background in BPO, outsourced accounting or finance services

Zoho books

We're looking for someone more senior than a junior-level accounting hire, with strong ownership and hands-on experience.
