Client relationship management: Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders; run steering reviews, present progress and risk registers, and proactively address issues before they escalate.

Lead and develop cross-functional pods of software engineers, data engineers, BAs, QA specialists, and scrum masters; Agile and scrum governance: Drive sprint planning, stand-ups,



retrospectives, and release ceremonies across one or more scrum teams; coach scrum masters and enforce agile hygiene without being dogmatic about process.

Partner with tech leads on architecture decisions, code quality standards, and technical debt management; review delivery estimates and call out scope or timeline risks grounded in engineering reality.

Delivery metrics and reporting: Define, track, and publish delivery KPIs — velocity, defect density, release frequency, client CSAT — and use data to drive continuous improvement across sprints. Risk and dependency management:

Maintain an active risk and issue log; Work with recruiting and resource management to forecast hiring needs, onboard new team members, and ensure the right skill mix is available ahead of upcoming sprints and milestones. Commercial awareness: flag commercial risks and support account management in contract renewals and expansion conversations.

Contribute to Netscribes' managed delivery playbooks, onboarding templates, and engagement operating models so that what works on one account can be replicated at scale.
