Own procurement category strategy across 3M businesses and divisions, supporting outsourced manufacturing, NPI launches, sourcing policies, negotiations, and cost/working capital goals.
Drive process improvements, stakeholder partnerships, category risk reduction, and SAP-enabled sourcing support.
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers in collaboration with 3M stakeholders and Legal, implementing complex agreements such as SMI, consigned materials, and formula-based pricing.
Bachelor's degree in engineering/ technology (Metallurgy/ Mechanical preferred) or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- 8 - 10 years of Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience in Sourcing, especially with outsourced manufacturing suppliers in metal casting, machining and stamping.

Strong negotiator and detail-oriented self-starter with proactive project management skills, financial acumen, business analytics capability,
and strong written/oral communication.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels on complex projects; Chinese, German, or Japanese language skills are an added advantage.
