Cytiva seeks a System Architect to design and maintain the technical backbone for Process Development Services, owning analytics platforms, data foundations, and AI capabilities that drive clinical program execution and customer insights.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the PDS PMO analytics backbone, implementing KPIs and single-source-of-truth datasets

Develop systems to capture, structure, and extract Process Development learnings into reusable assets

Create AI agents and workflows to support process execution and customer insights generation

Design scalable systems for capacity and portfolio visibility across projects

Establish and maintain integrations across workflow, analytics, and enterprise systems

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualified experience
- 5+ years building end-to-end systems and analytics solutions across complex multi-system environments
- Proven ownership of KPIs, analytics products, and AI-ready data architectures
- Ability to work in ambiguous settings and design scalable systems
- Experience with workflow platforms, BI tools, or modern data platforms (Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI preferred)
