Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs and define requirements.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions with business and client teams.

Analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for development and technical teams.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Support solution discussions, impact analysis, requirement traceability, and change management activities.

Work closely with QA/testing teams to define test scenarios, validate business functionality, and support UAT.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, demos, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies where applicable.

Track requirement changes and ensure alignment across business, product, development, and testing teams.

Support project documentation, status reporting, risk identification, and dependency management.

Support client workshops, presentations, and business discussions during project delivery and implementation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience





- 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT/software product or services environments.
- Strong experience in business requirement gathering, requirement analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical teams.
- Prior experience working with US clients, US-based projects, or US business environments is mandatory/preferred based on project requirements.
- Strong understanding of business processes, functional requirements, and end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
- B1 Visa is an added advantage, especially for candidates who may be required to travel to the US for business or client engagements.

Experience in client-facing roles involving US stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Jira or similar requirement/project management tools.

Knowledge of SQL, APIs, data analysis, or basic technical concepts.

Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.

Experience in UAT coordination and business validation.
