Mitti Money is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support its lead generation and customer outreach efforts. This opportunity is designed for an energetic communicator who wants practical exposure to real estate sales and business development.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other approved outreach channels.
- Make cold calls to prospective customers, understand their requirements, and share relevant real estate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the designated system.




- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule follow-ups and help move qualified prospects through the sales process.
- Participate in regular reviews and contribute ideas to improve lead conversion and outreach effectiveness.
- Work from the Noida office and follow the team schedule, including alternate Saturday working.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Confidence and professionalism while speaking with prospective customers over the phone.
- Interest in inside sales, lead generation, customer engagement, or the real estate industry.
- Ability to learn quickly, maintain follow-up discipline, and work toward agreed goals.
- Prior experience is not mandatory; motivated entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- The internship will run for 3 months and offers a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000.
- A pre-placement chance may be available based on performance and business requirements.
