Roles and Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and actively engage college student communities through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Build and grow assigned student groups to 50–70+ members through college networks, classmates, friends, and relevant student communities.
- Share updates about internships, training programs, skill development initiatives, and job opportunities.
- Guide interested students through program details, eligibility requirements, and registration procedures.
- Conduct online outreach, follow-ups, and engagement activities to encourage student participation.
- Track group growth, outreach progress, and successful registrations.
- Coordinate with the internal team and submit regular progress reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Open to college students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and freshers from any academic stream.
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online communities.
- Willingness to connect with students and expand college networks.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely.
