Role Summary :We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, API development, databases, cloud services, and modern software engineering practices.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications.- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js or Angular.- Build scalable backend applications and services using Python with FastAPI/Django or equivalent frameworks.- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX teams, data engineers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and develop efficient data access solutions.- Implement authentication, authorization, security, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.- Develop cloud-ready applications and support deployments in AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting,



and performance optimization.- Develop automated unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD processes.- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and engineering best practices.Required Technical Skills :- 5 - 10 years of software development experience with strong full-stack development expertise.- Strong frontend development experience with React.js and/or Angular.- Strong backend programming skills using Python.- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar backend frameworks.- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices-based architectures.- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.- Exposure to NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Redis.- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code-quality practices.- Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments.- Good understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable application design.Preferred Skills :- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, or DynamoDB.- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with GraphQL and OpenAPI/Swagger.- Familiarity with DevOps and automated deployment practices.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.- Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Analytics, or Data/AI platform experience would be an advantage.Behavioral & Leadership Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to independently own technical modules and deliverables.- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing workplace.- Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
