Plan and execute platform-specific social media activities in line with brand objectives, target audiences, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including content scheduling and coordination.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing requirements, incorporating a suitable mix of static posts, Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other relevant content formats.
Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, audience engagement, and platform trends to identify relevant content opportunities and support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Develop social media copy, campaign ideas, creative briefs, video concepts, hooks, captions, and calls to action (CTAs).
Coordinate with design, content, and video teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Plan short-form video content, coordinate shoot requirements, communicate editing briefs, and ensure content is adapted to platform-specific formats and requirements for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels.
Set up and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience list management, basic segmentation, campaign scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Conduct basic keyword research, assist with on-page content optimisation, coordinate Meta Ads activities, and monitor relevant paid campaign metrics in collaboration with the responsible team members.
Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and relevant platform analytics tools to monitor website traffic,



audience engagement, content performance, and other key indicators. Prepare regular campaign and monthly performance reports, maintain content calendars and campaign trackers, document completed deliverables, and monitor task progress against agreed timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to communicate requirements, clarify deliverables, manage priorities, resolve routine execution issues, and ensure the timely completion of digital marketing activities.
