Key Responsibilities-

1. Follow up with warm leads and customer enquiries
2. Guide cat parents towards the right nutrition choices
3. Build trust through phone and WhatsApp conversations
4. Convert first-time buyers into loyal customers
5. Maintain lead and sales records Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, build rapport, and maintain relationships with customers.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced workplace.
4. 3-6 months of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
5. Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
6. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
7.



A genuine love for cats and pets is a plus and would be a great cultural fit.
8. The work timing would be 10 AM to 7 PM Mon to Fri and 9 AM to 2 PM on Sat (Half day)
