We are a small, rapid-moving team with an active product portfolio and a strong pipeline — and we are building the delivery muscle to scale into our next phase.

The Value Creation Strategist owns the delivery layer at AiStudio. You will run the operating system that turns client engagements into shipped outcomes — managing the weekly cadence, driving multiple parallel projects to close, and partnering with founders on client strategy. Delivery across the engagement portfolio — multiple parallel projects, each with defined timelines, milestones, and quality bars.

The weekly operating rhythm — sprint planning with founders, identifying blockers with the engineering team.

Client engagement health — joint ownership with founders on key relationships, leading project updates, anticipating client needs, and surfacing risks early.

Internal operating systems — building the tooling,



templates, and rituals that let us scale delivery without losing quality.

This role is the foundation of AiStudio's delivery function. As we scale, you will help shape how we structure pods, hire delivery talent, and architect the operating model for a services firm. The right person grows into a Director of Delivery or Head of Operations seat within 18–24 months.

Experience

- 4–7 years in delivery, engagement management, or operations at a consulting firm, agency, or fast-growing services business.
- Exposure to technology, AI, or data projects — you partner well with engineering teams.

Compensation & Growth

Senior India-market compensation (INR), benchmarked to leading consulting and startup operator roles. Compensation Range: 40L - 65L
