PhonePe is hiring for the role of Video Editor & Motion Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Someone who bridges traditional post-production craft with cutting-edge generative workflows. You aren't just cutting footage together; you are building visual narratives using a hybrid pipeline of Adobe Creative Cloud and generative AI tools (Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs). You take raw scripts and concept briefs and turn them into polished, high-performing video assets. Working in a high-speed production environment, you own the entire post-production chain, from storyboarding and asset generation to motion graphics, color grading, and advanced sound design.

Requirements:

- Post-Production Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- AI Tooling Fluency: Proven experience integrating generative AI tools (Higgsfield AI, Magnific, ElevenLabs,



Midjourney) directly into commercial editing workflows to increase speed and visual quality.

- Visual Storytelling & Pacing: Robust sense of visual composition, frame timing, typography, and narrative structure built specifically for digital-first audiences.

- Hybrid Creator: You view AI as an extension of your creative suite, continuously testing new generative models to make your output faster and visually superior.

- High Agency & Ownership: You take complete responsibility for the final video output. You don't wait for perfect assets; you generate, edit, or build what is missing to keep projects moving.
