About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, and convert qualified leads into successful sales. Focus on improving gross conversion rates, maximising revenue, and achieving sales targets through effective follow-ups and customer engagement.
2. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and initial contact to negotiation and deal closure. Maintain timely follow-ups, track sales pipeline progress, and analyse lost opportunities to identify reasons for unsuccessful conversions and implement strategies to improve future sales performance.
3. Identify dormant leads and inactive customers, reconnect with them to understand their current requirements, and explore opportunities for renewed business. Develop targeted follow-up and re-engagement strategies to revive interest, generate repeat business, and convert inactive prospects into active customers.
