Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Specialist role based in Kanpur. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote Craaftech Globl's exhibition, retail, and digital experience solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through various channels, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with design and operations teams to align client requirements with deliverables. Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and client outreach skills.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in exhibitions, retail, or digital signage.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
