We're hiring: Software Engineer — Angular and Python FastAPI Location: Pune
Duration: 12 months contract

AITEK is seeking a Software Engineer to support and enhance a sentiment-analysis platform that processes internal and external Voice of Customer data through an Angular interface and Python FastAPI services.

Key responsibilities:
Integrate Voice of Customer data sources using APIs, files, and webhooks
Manage authentication, pagination, rate limits, retries, schema changes, and failed jobs
Build and enhance Angular dashboards and FastAPI services
Develop frontend and backend features supporting ingestion, processing, monitoring, and reporting
Troubleshoot UI, API, data-processing, and report issues
Validate data mappings, transformations, deduplication, sentiment outputs, and report totals
Write and optimize SQL queries for end-to-end data reconciliation
Maintain CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring,



and production reliability
Support incident management and implement permanent fixes
Document technical designs, integrations, and support procedures

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of software-engineering experience, including application or production support
- Strong Angular, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI skills
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, background jobs, and third-party integrations
- Solid SQL and data-reconciliation capabilities
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and incident management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, NoSQL, automated testing, BI tools, CX platforms, or ML/NLP integrations is advantageous.
