About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Create visually engaging designs for branding, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
2. Develop creative concepts, layouts, typography, and visual identities that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with the UI/UX, marketing, and content teams to translate briefs into effective visual communication.
4. Design digital and print assets while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
5. Work on multiple projects, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality designs on time.
6. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
7. Prepare final design files and ensure accuracy, quality, and readiness for delivery. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Freshers and experienced candidates with a strong graphic design portfolio are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign and Figma is an added advantage.
4. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout,



composition, and visual hierarchy.
5. Experience in branding, social media creatives, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral is preferred.
6. Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
7. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Positive communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Openness to feedback, creative experimentation, and learning new design techniques.
10. A portfolio showcasing original design work is mandatory.
11. Candidates must be available for a full-time, work-from-office role in Nagpur.
