Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across business functions.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Drive recruitment targets while ensuring quality of hire and timely closure of positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports,



and recruitment MIS to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in EdTech, Education, Sales, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and recruitment tools.
