You'll spend time in hospitals, observe doctors and medical assistants in action, and translate field insights into product ideas. You'll run experiments, define and ship features that drive user adoption. Use insights from customer interactions to shape the product roadmap to enable product-led business growth

1-3 years of experience in product, strategy, consulting or hands-on operations roles— ideally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Technical background (Bachelor's in CS, EE, ME, or ChemE preferred)
- Comfortable with change—able to switch contexts, manage shifting priorities, and adapt quickly
- Care for product quality—committed to building products that earn trust, solve real problems, and grow through word of mouth
